CMDA approved layouts 2024 pdf download tamilnadu chennai corporation - This is only for Chennai area and Chennai related areas. Other districts are approval land for DTCP. CMDA is simply called as Chennai Metro developing Authority. Since 2000 to till now there are lakhs of lands bought for people. But one or other people who are not seeing a land is under control by CMDA. If any landlords were buying UN approval plots means it should not register of Registrar office. All lands must be approval.
How to check whether CMDA approval or unapproved my plots
1. Go to cmdachennai.gov.in
2. Choose Area plans unit
3. Select approved layout
4. Choose your approved plots in year wise like 2000 to 2023.
Note:
If you will plan to buy a land. The landlord was given number like 1/2023. You can check 1/2023 in cmda site. If it will not show cmda site you will not buy land.
