Dtcp approval check by survey number pdf - Town country planning is now all peoples who are know that now a days. Because unapproved plots were more than registered above lakhs of lands. Whether any landlords are till now using un approved plots it will permit at local bodies. So Tamilnadu government will plan to extend date for Unapproved plots and innocent buyers.
Both CMDA and DTCP related areas or plots are compulsory Approving lands till on February 29, 2024. If any land owners or buyers didn't get or not applying TCP at local bodies then lands shouldn't not use while approval TCP.

The people who can see DTCP approval plots online is it possible. Yes it is possible to be seeing whether approval or not. Go to TCP or CMDA website. Going to check land use map details. All approval during periods of 2000 to 2023.

Maybe the future days peoples can check survey number when seeing the plots are approval not. But still the check survey number for approval process is not yet.

All rules and regulations were updated in official web portal. For example a plot or group of plots shouldn't more than 10, 000 square feet and exceeding 18 meter.
