Approved plot is a government has been permitted land. So a landlord will construct the house or anything. But a landlord not getting unapproved plots they will not construct the house, commercial building and etc. And also the government will not provide anything like a EB Bill, Registration of deed, Panchayat permission, water connection , Drainage connection and others.

1. Corporation - 150
2. Municipality - 90
3. Town panchayat and other Panchayat - 45.
